KEITH GALLEGOS

Keith Gallegos oversees the day-to-day workings of the company, using his over-20 years of real estate experience to usher each project to completion.

Constantly on the move, he can be found corresponding with investors, contractors, architects, engineers, city officials, and more.

Keith has a passion to develop energy-efficient and sustainably built green projects that leave a small carbon footprint. One of his primary goals is to bridge the gap that currently exists between affordable and green building practices.

Keith has worked on many EnergyStar and LEED for home projects and was on the team that developed and built the first SFR detached LEED Platinum home in Urban Denver. He has a no-quit attitude with extensive real estate knowledge.
